Here you can register your product. You need the serial number to do this. We will then send you your personal guarantee card. Registration also helps if you lose the product.

Thank you for choosing a Carl Zeiss Sports Optics product. Register it online now in two simple steps. Alternatively you can use the postcard that was supplied with the product.

You will then be sent your own personal warranty card, which contains all the important information about our warranty service. If your optical device is lost or stolen it also acts as proof of ownership.

Change of Ownership

Are you thinking of purchasing a used Carl Zeiss Sports Optics product, or have you already purchased one? In that case, please obtain the invoice and warranty card from the seller and send us a copy of these documents, so that we can issue a new personal warranty card in your name.
