Loyal readers will have already noticed: the new PASSION is here. This time, the editors wanted to know the details. What technologies and faces are behind the development of the brightness wonder in the HT series? During an extreme test at distances up to 600 meters, the VICTORY HT 3-12x56 with BDC+ had to demonstrate its capabilities in action.
Additional topics in this issue: the CONQUEST HD 10x32 on a roebuck rut hunt, hunting ibexes in the Alps and, of course, preparing for the icy temperatures to come.
PASSION is also available in English for the first time.

Today, Carl Zeiss is starting the next optical revolution, and is setting a whole new standard in the premium segment through the innovative optical concept of the globally unique VICTORY HT binoculars and riflescopes. It was rather like playing a home match for Carl Zeiss in Dortmund: the illuminated Duralyt 3-12x50 was an impressive candidate in the "New Riflescopes" category, enabling us once again to claim the Golden Keiler award at this year's ceremony. We are particularly proud of this award because the decision was made entirely by the users themselves. With its low light optics, its precision and the fine illuminated dot for daylight use, the readers of JÄGER magazine were fully convinced by the Duralyt 3-12x50.

The time has come: the new PASSION is out. Given the season we have put together some professional hints and tips for success on the driven hunt. Plus there is a wide range of exciting topics and reports - such as an article following the experiences of a professional hunter in the mountains of Norway, where the Victory Varipoint had to prove its worth on a stag hunt. We also subjected the Victory NV night vision device to a practical test: we took it stand hunting for wild boar under a half moon.
Please note: At the moment this magazine is only available in German.
"Outstanding" was the verdict on the ZEISS riflescopes following the practical test set by the hunting magazine "Unsere Jagd" (August 2011 issue). It tested 14 brand-name 56 mm riflescopes, including the Victory Diavari 3-12x56 T* and the Victory Varipoint 3-12x56 T*. Both riflescopes won particular praise for their brilliant optics, which gave outstandingly detailed resolution even in difficult light conditions. The exceptionally fine, adjustable illuminated dot was a further impressive feature of both riflescopes in the practical test.
