Do you want to see nature and wildlife as close up as possible? The Victory DiaScope will bring you a degree of perfection in your observation of nature that you have never experienced before. Whether you want to improve your aim when out hunting or simply enjoy watching the wildlife, you can experience fascinating long-range visibility with the outstanding field of view and see more detail than ever before thanks to the 75x magnification. At the same time, this spotting scope offers perfect ergonomic design: the innovative, quick and precise focus setting with a single focussing wheel means that you can follow your target securely in general mode and see precise details in fine mode – so that nothing will escape you, no matter how far away it is.
Here you find the top features of the Victory DiaScope spotting scopes.
Full brilliance, down to the very last detail: that is the promise of the FL-concept. This is all due to the outstanding lens construction, consisting of multiple lenses made of high-performance fluoride glass – FL for short. Experience the whole spectrum of colour and brilliance in your observations of nature. Enjoy the fascination of the Victory DiaScope with its brilliant colour reproduction and unrivalled image brightness. With the Victory DiaScope even the smallest details can be seen pin sharp and with no chromatic aberrations.
This high-performance spotting scope can be used for many different applications. Near or far, for spotting game or other objects of natural beauty, the assortment of eyepieces with varying degrees of magnification means that the possibilities are endless. Take advantage of smaller magnifications that have a particularly bright and wide field of view, making it easy to home in on your target in wide open spaces. Let the new Vario eyepiece with up to 75x magnification on the Victory DiaScope 85 T* FL inspire you with even the tiniest details. For the most flexible nature experience we offer you the choice of three different eyepieces for the Victory DiaScope.
Continue your fascinating observation into the deepest twilight hours. The Victory DiaScope 85 T* FL is in a class of its own when it comes to image brightness! Even in the most challenging light conditions it gives you bright images and clear colours; ideal for detailed game identification.
On the other hand, the Victory DiaScope 65 T* FL is small and compact. Lightweight and extremely handy, this makes the perfect companion for nature observation on walking or cycling trips.
The right focus speed for your every need: the Dual Speed Focus combines two focussing speeds in one knob. If you turn the knob quickly the system operates in rapidmode and the focus point is quickly adjusted to the appropriate distance. A slower, more precise hand movement switches the system into fine mode, when you can adjust the image sharpness with accuracy and precision. This focussing function adjusts intuitively to the speed of your movements and therefore your requirements. Dual Speed Focus is an innovation from Carl Zeiss.
The rubber armour covering the Victory DiaScope is not just highly scratchproof and robust, but also offers ideal protection for the Victory DiaScope in any weather. The waterproof housing protects the precision optics in case of rain while the firm grip makes it pleasant to hold even in cold, stormy weather. You can use this high-performance spotting scope wherever you want as it will withstand the harshest conditions. The rubber helps the surface to absorb virtually all sound while the black colour prevents light reflection, making it ideal for use when out hunting.
The eyepiece safety catch prevents it from accidentally falling out. Once the eyepiece has been inserted in the spotting scope, the eyepiece safety catch ensures that the Victory DiaScope and the eyepiece interlock. This means it is impossible to separate the two items by accident. Simply press the release button and you will be able to remove the eyepiece from the Victory DiaScope quickly and easily.
Water simply rolls off the lens as it does from a lotus leaf. The LotuTec® coating on the lens and eyepiece ensures that water or snow simply roll off the surface of the glass. Since neither water nor dirt can collect on the surface of the Victory DiaScope you can spend less time cleaning and more time watching nature.
Each lens of a Victory DiaScope is covered with an elaborate, special coating, which increases the light transmission. Thanks to the constantly improved formula of the Carl Zeiss T* multi-layer coating you can enjoy bright, high-contrast images, particularly in difficult conditions.
Enjoy unlimited viewing enjoyment from sunrise, through the midday sun and on into the sunset. Based on a perfectly balanced combination of stray light baffles and lens coating, Carl Zeiss has developed a technology that effectively dispenses with the drop in contrast caused by stray light. This means that even in difficult backlighting situations you can enjoy the outstanding image performance of the Victory DiaScope.
The ZEISS Victory DiaScope 85 T* FL won the Product Design category of the coveted "red dot design awards".
"All products that have won the red dot design award have had to convince an international jury of their merit. These products stand out from the crowd as a result of their outstanding design and innovative features and have therefore been able to prove their quality in one of the world's hardest design competitions," commented design expert Professor Dr. Peter Zec, the initiator of the red dot design award.

The Victory DiaScope offers additional equipment to make the spotting scope even more universal. Mount your camera for detail shots, even at the greatest distance, or have a look at the star-filled sky. The possibilities are virtually unlimited.
The ZEISS carbon fibre or aluminium tripods help you to enjoy maximum stability with optimum flexibility while observing nature. Whether you prefer to sit or stand, simply make yourself comfortable and set the tripod to your preferred height. The new tripod head has a particularly smooth pivoting motion and a precise and secure clamp for holding your spotting scope or binoculars. The quick-change plate means you can quickly switch the different optical devices on your tripod, such as spotting scopes, binoculars and camera. The tripods are available in very lightweight carbon fibre or tried and tested aluminium.
Turn your ZEISS spotting scope into a super-telephoto lens with a focal length of up to 1,000 mm at a 1:12 relative aperture. Take advantage of the tried and tested ZEISS optics and combine this with the SLR camera of your choice. With the ZEISS photo adaptor and a conventional, matching T2 ring you can connect any digital SLR camera to the ZEISS DiaScopes. This combination is particularly successful for travelling or on long walks. It enables you to photograph your most beautiful nature observations in the usual high quality. By switching between the photo adaptor, which weighs just a few grams, and the ZEISS eyepiece of your choice you can make full use of your spotting scope for nature observations as usual.
Record your best observations on video and in photographs. The Quick Camera Adaptor II helps you to change quickly and repeatedly between observing and filming or photographing. The tried and tested connection element between the spotting scope and the video or digital camera allows you to fasten the camera on the side next to the spotting scope while you are observing. When you want to capture a moment on video or in a photograph, simply swivel the camera round in front of the eyepiece and start filming. With its sturdy construction the Quick Camera Adaptor is also perfectly suited for heavy video and digital cameras, enabling you to enjoy shake-free filming.
The new carrying case for the Victory DiaScope and the Victory PhotoScope was designed for the reliable protection, optimum carrying comfort and, above all, quick operational readiness of the spotting scope. Particularly in outdoor use and in the most adverse weather conditions, the case offers additional protection from rain and other external influences. Both the eyepiece and lens covers were designed to ensure that they can be securely fastened to the case while you are engaged in observing nature. This prevents them from flapping about in the wind or even getting lost. The clever carrying system means that the spotting scope can be simply hung over your shoulder on longer trips. The carrying cases have been specially designed for the Victory DiaScope models and the Victory PhotoScope.
Cast your gaze up to the sky to see the rings of Saturn, the moons of Jupiter or the beauty of Venus. With the adaptor for the 1 ¼”Astro eyepieces you can use all the ZEISS Victory DiaScopes for nocturnal star-gazing. It is the perfect way to relax after a day spent observing nature. This coupling ring allows conventional 1 ¼”Astro eyepieces to be mounted on any Victory DiaScope model.
Take advantage of the wide range of eyepieces from Carl Zeiss for your stargazing. Amateur astronomers can benefit from innovations such as the low light T* multi-layer coating or the FL-concept. The Astro adaptor can be used to connect the eyepieces of the spotting scope to an astronomical telescope. The Astro adaptor is available with either a 1 ¼" or a 2" connector.

The Dual Speed Focus combines two focussing speeds in one knob. If you rotate the knob to the left or right, you will feel a little resistance in the outer areas. Within this area, you are in fine mode.
If you rotate through this resistance, you are in coarse mode. As soon as you change the direction in coarse mode, you are in fine mode again. Try this principle a few times. It is very easy and can be operated quickly and intuitively.

This is unfortunately not possible at a reasonable cost, because the mechanical dimensions of the eyepiece would have to be changed for the safety catch.
The spotting scope body of the old Victory Diascope can also not be converted to use the safety catch.

You can recognise the new eyepieces from the "D" suffix in the product description.
![]()
Yes, the new eyepieces are also compatible with the old Diascope generation. Only the eyepiece safety catch does not work then.
![]()
The old carrying cases cannot be used with the new spotting scopes. New carrying cases with an excellent fit and functionality are available for the new Victory DiaScope.
![]()
Yes, but without a safety catch.
